| E. | Discussion | ||
| 1. | The Navy has admitted responsibility for the B Mountain building and will repair the roof after the need is made known to Public Works. President Middlemiss has yet to make the telephone call. | ||
| 2. | The air conditioners for the B Mountain building have reportedly been replaced by Campbell Heating. The job is yet to be completed due to absence of low-temperature controls that are on a slow boat from Asia. | ||
| 3. |
Member Greene reported that all efforts to find a way to
rechannel the two B Mountain Emcee translators is all but
an impossibility. The design of the translators, their
age, and the manufacturer having gone out of business
all militate against changing the receive frequencies.
Member Cole has suggested use of a UHF/UHF convertor to restore operation of the two B Mountain translators. None of the board members present had any objection to this concept. | ||
