| The meeting was called to order by President Middlemiss at 5:00 PM. | |||

| 3. | Approval of minutes | ||
| The minutes of the November meeting were approved 2-0-4. The abstentions were due to four of the members not having read the previous minutes. | |||
| 4. | Treasurer's report | ||
| Treasurer Blazek provided copies of the previous month's income and expenditures. This month there was a substantial net inflow due to the annual membership solicitation receipts. More than $8600 has been received to date. It does not appear that the earlier mailing date of the solicitation has been significant. | |||
| 5. | Correspondence | ||
| Treasurer Blazek stated that four people had included comments with their donations and all four asked for improvements to the KMZT translator operation. | |||
| 7. | Review of calendar and agenda | ||
| The agenda had several items added as seen below. | |||

| Member Greene reported that installation of the two masts for the KMZT antenna upgrade has been completed and installation of the antennas is scheduled for Tuesday, December 3. | |||
| c. | Publicity | ||
| Ads are being run in the Swapsheet and the Daily Independent for the booth at Santa's Art Shop December 7-8. | |||
| 3. | Web site | ||
| Member Cole has some photos taken on Laurel Mt. which will be added to the Web site. Prints of the photos will be provided for use at the Santa's Art Shop booth. | |||
| C. | Old business | ||
| 1. | Member Blazek asked for volunteers for the Santa's Art Shop booth. The final schedule will be emailed to the members. | ||
| D. | New business | ||
| 1. | Member Ash moved and member Webster seconded that the existing officers (Middlemiss, Blazek, and Greene) be reelcted for a one-year term. This was approved by a unanimous voice vote of 6-0-0. | ||
| F. | Closure | ||
