| Treasurer Blazek provided a printout of the organization's income and outgo for the previous month. The treasurer has an action item to transfer some of the surplus funds from the organization's checking account into an interest-bearing account. | |||

President Middlemiss reported that the KMZT-upgrade antenna installation work
has one mast pole and its bracing installed during work on 6/23 and 6/30.
It was reported that a bad connector was repaired and a preamp installed by Dr. Rogers so as to improve the picture quality for KMEX. The KVCR squelch circuit and the KRTH interference canceller were adjusted to improve reception. | |||

Secretary Greene proposed and the board approved of posting the official meeting
minutes to the Web site. The secretary will make one hardcopy for the organization's
files, but will not otherwise produce hardcopies of the minutes. It was also
proposed and approved that a copy of the boilerplate agenda form be posted on the
Web site for any interested party to print and use as they see fit. The secretary will
notify the members via e-mail of any significant agenda items for future meetings in
the reminder e-mail that is usually sent a day or two prior to each meeting.
Member Webster presented a draft of a Web site FAQ item regarding HDTV. After some discussion, it was decided to rework the draft and e-mail it to the board members for comment before it is posted. | |||
