President Middlemiss reported that the KMZT-upgrade antenna installation work is in progress with no estimated completion date.
There was a discussion of the KCET failure. This was reported as an electrical failure at KCET's microwave station south of Mojave. KCET's service contract resulted in the problem not being corrected for several days due to the failure having occurred on a weekend.
It was reported that a new modulator has been installed for channel 41.
An inquiry was made about the interference problem with channel 59. It was reiterated that this is a mystery problem that is yet to be resolved.
