President E. Middlemiss reported that the KMZT-upgrade antennas were received March 29 and preliminary installation work has begun.
Board member Greene reported that the there is a $570 fee for filing FCC form 349 if there is any desire to argue with the FCC regarding using the microwave link to receive KMZT in Mojave. The consensus was to defer this pending evaluation of the antenna upgrade project currently underway.
Visitor T. Middlemiss reported that several complaints about KVCR reception/interference had been left on the answering machine.
President E. Middlemiss stated that KVCR's lawyer requested a letter from the Boosters regarding the Air1 interference.
Board member Amster reported an interference problem with channel 59. President E. Middlemiss stated that this is a known mystery problem in that it is not known from where the second signal is getting into the channel 59 signal path.
